A new, contemporary restaurant and bar in a Grade II* listed warehouse. The design created for Moon Bar responds to specific client requirements for a contemporary bar and restaurant design within the impressive surroundings of the Grade II* listed warehouse's boat-holes. The design derives from the notion of inserting boats into their holes, treating the additional service spaces as independent objects inserted into the existing fabric. The venue boasts a lively and vibrant atmosphere within a simple, calm and well-considered interior that carefully highlights the juxtaposition of old and new. |
