    Location: Princess Street, Manchester
    Client: White Bell Group
    Year: 2015 - Ongoing

Princess House is located on Princess Street close to the Art Gallery and Albert Square in the centre of Manchester. The building, originally known as Brazil House, is Grade ll listed and is part of the Whitworth Street Conservation Area shown on the map opposite.

The building was constructed sometime between 1870 and 1880 and was used as two shipping warehouses.

The property has six floors including a basement. The basement, ground and first floors are currently used as nightclubs, the other three floors as multi-tenanted offices.

We have undertaken a number of feasibility studies for the owner to determine whether other uses such as hotel or apartments would be viable.
